By joining the Idea Fans Portal, you agree to the following:

Eligibility: To activate membership, you must purchase Customer Experience: 365+1 Cases, upload a screenshot of your Amazon purchase confirmation showing the correct book title and order number (personal details may be hidden), and submit at least one CX case not included in the book. Membership is subject to verification and approval.

Subscription & Renewal: Membership is valid for 365 days from activation. We will send you a notification one week before your subscription expires. To renew for another 365 days, you must submit at least one new CX case before expiry. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

Content & Standards: Submitted cases may be based on publicly available sources, including social media and online content. By submitting, you confirm that you have the right to share the content, or that the content is in the public domain or from open sources. Proper attribution must be provided where applicable. Submissions must be professional and relevant to Customer Experience. Idea Fanatics reserves the right to approve, edit, reject, or remove any content at its discretion.

Publication Rights: By submitting a case, you grant Idea Fanatics the right to publish, edit, adapt, and use the content within the portal and related materials. Submission does not guarantee specific placement or credit format.

Notifications: Members will receive a notification every time 50 new cases are added to the portal.

Termination: Idea Fanatics reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if these terms are violated.
